A New Year!

So, It has been forever since I posted anything, I have been really bad, but I have lots of other things to do! Be a mommy, wife, homemaker, and I work part-time! Its a good life though. I love my family, my work and my neighbors. I have begun a lot of new hobbies also that keep me busy #1 is couponing. I love it! It is so fun to use my amazing organizing skills to do this and we save a lot of money! One of the best websites for couponing is couponmom. Target is also awesome because they have coupons on their website that you can print off, coupons that can be instant messaged to your phone and you can match those to newspaper coupons. I get coupons from my neighbors, so I don't even spend any money to get coupons, the only thing is ink for my printer to print coupons off. #2 Is knitting, I knitted a bunch of mini monsters for all my nieces and nephews for Christmas. They didn't turn out as amazing as I thought they would, but they were still cute. I am also reading a book a week, trying to write in my journal as much as possible and typing up my old journal on the computer. Add all this to my already long list of cleaning organizing, cooking and planning activities for work, not to mention palying and taking care of Eddison and working. I keep pretty busy, but I want to do more! I am not super mom, but am trying to be. I love being productive. This year I want to start excersising more, Go back to school and do more crafting! If anyone has any tips on how to make all this possible, please send them my way. I also discovered Pininterest and love it! It has so many good ideas of things I want to try and do! If anyone is interested in getting an invite, let me know! Anyways, I will leave off with a few pictures of our recent activities, enjoy!

Eddison's First Egg Painting, he tried to help, but we stopped after he started throwing the eggs on the floor. He thought they were the perfect-sized balls for him! The second picture is pretty much all the egg hunting he got in. It was raining, so he just watched to other kids on the back porch.

Sorry I am not very good at blogging. I have been busy lately. I know my blog is not very interesting and I hardly update it. So thank you to all those who still look at it and thank you soo much for all your sweet messages. I really appreciate it. I have the greatest friends and families in the world! So Eddison has had a mullet since he was born and I guess Lincoln finally decided he needed a haircut cause I came home from work one day and it was gone. Lincoln gave him his first haircut and it turned out really nice and he even saved me some locks of his hair. We now have a new hairdresser in the house! I will miss the Mullet.

Eddison's First Christmas

Christmas is the most stressful time of the year for me, we are super busy trying to juggle two families since both Lincoln' s family and mine come out and are close, so its just go go go all the time. Eddy liked it, he liked all the attention. He is still too young to understand why we were giving him boxes with toys, but he did enjoy playing with them afterwards. We had a great Christmas and are so blessed.

When the boys went on the Father and Sons, we went to Thanksgiving Point Gardens for our Mother and Daughters. We rode around on a golf cart and it was soo beautiful and fun! Sarah's good friend Jamie came with us and then we ate at the Cafe there and it was really yummy and classy, but not expensive. It was overall a good day!

So last night the power went out and I had to light a candle. The second I lit it Eddison's eyes popped open. He loved the flickering light, even more so when a moth flew right into the flame and burned itself to death. Does anyone else think that is wierd that my son enjoyed that?
